3RD INTERNATIONAL CLIMATE SUMMIT 14 & 15 SEPT 2023 AT VIGYAN BHAWAN, NEW DELHI 110011

  • 1. Please do not forget to carry with you your original Aadhar card or Driving Licence or Voter Id Card (as photo ID proof) or Passport. This will be required to be shown to security personnel at entry gate of Vigyan Bhawan along with Invitation Card (Will be Provided at venue).
  • 2. Please try to reach in time. Due to high security arrangements, entry shall start at 8.00 am and will close at 09.30 am. The delegates/invitees are expected to be seated in the respective hall by 09.00 am.
  • 3. Please note that as per requirement, we have submitted list of all delegates/invitees to concerned security agencies of the Government in advance and the entry in Vigyan Bhawan shall strictly be allowed as per that list and on production of invitation Card issued along with your original Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter Id Card/ Passport. (PAN is not accepted)
  • 4. Please note that any camera, laptop, I-Pad, handbag, briefcase, suitcase and eatables etc. are not allowed inside the Vigyan Bhawan.
  • 5. Mobile Phone is allowed but it should either be switched off or should be on silent mode.
  • 6. Please note that the Invitation Card is non-transferable and PHDCCI reserves the right to cancel it, if it is found that Invitation Card has been obtained unfairly.
  • 7. If you are coming by car driven by driver, then after dropping you at gate no. 2 (East side from where you are to make entry in Vigyan Bhawan) your driver may park the vehicle at MAULANA AZAD ROAD/ MANSINGH ROAD (behind Vigyan Bhawan).
  • 8. If you are coming by self-driven car, then firstly you are requested to park your vehicle at MAULANA AZAD ROAD/ MANSINGH ROAD (behind Vigyan Bhawan) and thereafter you will be required to take entry from Gate no. 2 (East side).
